Posting error that I havent seen before

I was trying to post in a thread in N/N/I, and got an error message that looked like this...

That happenes to me once, so I asked DJ Comet to post once in a thread, he did, and then I was able to post..

Was it during a 'peak hour' situation? I've randomly received similar errors like that, but only when the board was moving very slowly during peak usage hours.

edit: noticed the computer time. Doubt it would be a peak hour problem.
