I dunno if this'll help, but.... I have an idea to get around it, (maily directed at IG and Spike, and whoever else) Go into the word censors. pick out any given word, and put an asterisk in betwen every letter of the word. The "*" is for a wildcard, thus meaning that if there are any symbols in between letters such as "sh.it" or what have you, then those can also be filtered.

So:
The word s...h...i...t... can be censored like this:
*s*h*i*t* so nothing before the word can go through, nor in between any letters.. or after.

The point of the forum filters is not to prevent EVERYONE from swearing.

The point is to disappoint the people who come here just to flame. Their first post is just a bunch of cursing and then it all gets changed, they get mad, everyone has a good laugh.

I don't think that cursing in itself is a bad thing, so I don't see a need to censor an intelligent post that has the word fuck in it.

It might not...work.... darn, well, one thing you COULD do, if your really THAT desperate, is record the ways they get around it. *shrug* but the only thing that *shit*will block is deshitable... if that got censored, then, the only way that works is if the "cuss word" has a prefix, and/or a suffix
