Um, I can't get the option to modify or alert new info, so I'll put this here:
The machine is at the entrance. You CAN'T miss it.
The new charge:
3 Tokens / 75ยข for three songs. Joint Premium IS ENABLED. |

You can't get the option to modify because there are already pending changes on it. You're probably going to have to wait until those existing changes are either approved or denied.
