Visiting these forums today, I noticed that your forums contain topics from over a year ago. E19.gif I was wondering WHY you guys keep them, since no one would revive them, and probably few people read them. Maybe moving them into an archive would be good, since they only make the forum look bigger than it is, but maybe thats its purpose. I just think the forums need a major cleaning.

We actually did that already. You'll notice there's no posts from before somewhere around May of 2003, even though these forums have been around a lot longer than that.

But why would anyone even need those posts from a year ago? Even posts from 3 months ago can be very out of date. Is there some way I can filter them out on my end?

Yeah, don't look at it =p

Is it really a problem for you that we keep it? It doesn't affect you does it?

This falls in to the topic of "Feedback...that isn't really necessary."

There isn't really any reason to get rid of them, and it isn't really bothering you in any way, so is it necessary to say something?

Anyhoo, personally I sometimes like to go a year back and see what we were talking about. Actually, I really miss the fact that the last version of the forums is no longer accessable to me. I've wanted to go back and find my first post for quite some time E1.gif

Heh. I'm *GLAD* you guys don't have access to it. E10.gif You might change your mind about making me a moderator. E10.gif

I was such a freaking n00b back then...

Then again, I think the dumbest stuff I did was before the board reset in Jan '02.
