I was wondering
do you have to be an Administrator, Vivid, Maniac, or Moderator to post new topics on the headlines forum?

and what will make us get "special acess"?

Only DDR Freak staff have access to create headlines, as we wouldn't want just anyone posting news content to the site.

DDR Freak staff = Administrators, Moderators, Staff

Obviously, to get that access, you would have to be a staff member.

If there is something that you feel is headline-worthy, feel free to PM a moderator/administrator, and they'll determine if it is or not. PMing us is not a guarentee that we will agree that it should be a headline, however.

Which means Vivid members like myself can't post headlines. Or do anything special for that matter. =x
