If you are ever looking for a change, might I suggest more user levels? It makes the forum much more interesting then just having been at the highest non-privilieged ranking afer a month of being registered. You should probably have All four of the rankings including Challenge and Beginner instead of just two (I think I heard something like Administrator does not count as Challenge or something).

Or as a variation, the rankings could be one, two, three or four yellow feet. One, two, three or four red feet, etc...

I know I can't do anything but make you aware of a disappointed poster...=/
