question about a guy here

i was REALLY bored so i went through the oldest possible posts and i found a member that i used to see when i used to post but not recently. his name is remy. i noticed he locked topics meaning he was a mod. but now hes a trick member. i know its possible he could have become a staff member if he retired from mod. so why is he a trick member then? is it because he just plain left and asked to be changed to a trick member?

The deal with Remy was that he resigned as a mod the week of April 1, 2004. Therefore, he got demoted to Trick.

Staff members were an idea that happened postresignation. I'm sure if Remy was still around and wanted to be staff, he'd get it.

actually i noticed but i assumed that it got locked because ppl were posting info on illegal sites. i still dont know why you didnt just delete the sticky and make a new one simply atating that you cant ask about mp3s.

well actually i mean make a new one thats locked because IF the current one has sites containing mp3s on it you probably dont want it there. or better yet, make a new one and turn it into an announcement. if not, well, i cant force you to, or can I? *hits firewall head first and gives up*

There's only one link in the whole thread, the rest of the thread were filled with people posting about Copyright Law and Piracy.
