Annoying pop-ups

I keep getting these full-screen pop-ups for "Smiley Central" and "Fun Web products!" and once i click out of them, the "Smiley Central" Takes up the website I'm looking at. Do you guys know what I'm talking about?

Three tips.

Get FireFox.

Upgrade to Windows Service Pack 2 (Free download) and enable IE's popup blocker.

If mac, use safari instead.
