I personally know of three machines, all in Florida.

Beach Gameland(BGL) in Tampa has a IIDX 8th style(I think),
Flippers in Miami has a Complete Mix,
and The Nexus in Boca Raton(about an hour and a half north of Miami) has IIDX 11: RED.

sadly since DBA in TN closed, the closest one would probably be in FL

thats why i invested in the home versions :D

if you dont mind playing 5 key there is a Beatmania 6th Mix:UK Underground
in Mobile AL in real good shape

You guys are forgetting the 8th style in Augusta, GA at Funsville

they have a 5 key mix there too
