Importing legality question

OK, to my knowledge all the JP DDR and Beatmania have that "for sale and use in Japan only" thing on them. I heard someone say that it really only applies to retail sale of the game, and once someone has bought the game they can sell it to anyone they want in the world. Is this true? Just curious.

They only say that because of :
1. The licenced tracks were only licenced for the region.
2. They dont want the game outside of the country.

Either way, Konami could care LESS, afterall (especially with the console releases), Konami still gets YOUR money.

Core Remix = DJ Simon's anal rape mix. There was virtually no quality to be found. (With the possible reluctant exception of the DJ Battle Remix.)

The 6th Mix songs were pretty good, though. And all that having been said, it's still a great deal if you can't get your hands on IIDX with a controller.
