Should Hardcore Symphony be upgraded to a 12?

It's a song where one could argue that there's a difficulty overlap. And I'm just fine with the hardest 11s overlapping the easiest 12s.

I've passed Hardcore Symphony but not Monolith (the 11, more recent steps). Hardcore Symphony is tough because it starts out with a stupid run, but if you can get past that, then a lot of what remains is just stepping lightly and conserving energy. Try not to overdo the turns and jumps and step lightly so as to avoid the mines and it's not TOO tough.

Though HS is harder than Xuxa, definitely
