Like all the other people I'd like some suggestions please!!!
I:
Play everything on heavy
Can do most songs except a few ten footers
use a crappy "came with the game" pad
eat healthy, but a lot of food
play at least 30 minutes a day |

| Space out your meals and try not to eat huge meals. Also your body keeps burning calories at a higher rate after you've worked out. So if your going to have a big meal or splurge a little bit, do it after you've played some ddr and got the calories burning. Try to play for a little bit more than 30 minutes too. |
