Hardest 11

Mythology/The Beginning would be my last 11s, because I passed them in the same day, while I had already passed every 11 but Pandy Hard before that.

Now my ITG list would be (with scores, I guess):

Charlene (95.60% or something)
Utopia (87.xx%)
Xuxa (83.xx%)
Infection (86.xx%) (harder to pass than Xuxa)
Mythology (around 80)
The Beginning (78.88, I only played it once)
July (I have the lowest score on this one... 72.xx)
Pandy hard (fail)

Well, since all of my 11 scores are relatively the same (mid-high 80s/low 90s) I don't remember my scores on all of them. But I think the hardest one IMO is Pandy Hard. I don't know, it just seems intimidating when I play it.
