Pandy = Candles, candles, candles, candles, candles, candles, rediculous step jumps, candles, rediculous step jumps, candles and candles.
 |
I still love trying to play it...and failing each time. I still wonder how Pickles and that one guy who randomly shows up at the Union can do it no bar.
But no, Pandy is fun to try....Vertex^2 is just ridiculously awkward.
Hardest 12? I'd have to say Bloodrush or Euphoria. Euphoria for the crazy slowdown, Bloodrush for the torso twisting and overall stamina draining. _________________

The crazy slowdown? The slowdown is the easiest part of the song. |

If the song's bpm was twice as fast, you'd probably think a bit differently about that. Euphoria has the fastest steps in the game; technically, those 32nds/64ths are like 16ths and 280 bpm. That's the fastest any DDR/ITG song has ever gone. Euphoria is the only 12 I've passed (although it's the only one I've heavily practiced on), but I still get terribly worn out by it. |
Wrong again. Trills aren't like stream. |

Double wrong. If you're just talking about drills, then Tension has the fastest steps as of right now. _________________

How are your feet supposed to move fast enough to nail all of the 32nds, especially right before the part where the sample starts? I'm not talking about them being like "streams", but with the already pretty fast 16ths (though still slower than the streams in other 12's) in place, it gets very tiring to make it through steps moving twice as fast. That's what makes Euphoria draining.

True, but that's only one 3 note stream. Euphoria has way more, including some 5 note 32nd streams. The strange thing is though, I also discovered that Vertex^2 has 280 bpm 16ths that are on par with Euphoria, though Euphoria's are definitely more frequent. _________________

...which still requires lots of speed and agility, making things tiring.
EDIT: Maybe it's easy enough to vibrate in arcades, but not home versions with a flux. I have yet to access ITG 2 AC. _________________

They're not hard, sersly. Even the 64ths aren't hard. Just get really low, and slouch your body.
Oh, and I find it easier on my Ignition 2.0 than at the arcade, IMO. |

As for the hardest 12, it's undoubtedly between determinator and bloodrush. Bloodrush is difficult to read while Determinator is simply hard to do, so I'm going with determinator. _________________

Agility? It doesn't require anything resembling agility. All it requires is leg strength. _________________

Agility to move your feet quickly enough. _________________

Euphoria scores on groovestats are much Better than Determinator's and WAY better than Bloodrush's. Sorry, but Euphoria just does not compare to those two. _________________

You mean least stamina draining?

I'd argue that Euphoria is harder. _________________

I'd argue that Euphoria is harder. | Depends on what exactly you mean by FA. On determinator, you'll probably get a higher percentage of fantasitics, but you'll also get way more misses than Euphoria. In terms of percentage, Euphoria is easier to score on. Of course the songs are different and that might not be true for everyone. _________________

The difficulty of a song to "fantastic attack" usually means how hard it is to get fantastics. Euphoria is probably easier to combo, which means you can have much worse FA to get a comparable score. _________________

I was talking about trying to FA. And when I judge songs, I judge them on 1x speed. _________________
