Official Policy on Intra-Arrow Mashing topics

This thread will probably wind up making (more) people (than already) think I suffer a mental handicap, but what is the policy on threads which compare various DDR's, arrow-mashing games, dance simulators, or whatever us freaks may call them? I just posted a thread in DDR chit-chat about whether 5-arrow games can survive in a four arrow world. I also contributed (I use that term very loosely) to a thread comparing scoring metrics in ITG2 and DDR which was posted in DDR Gameplay. I understand that this is DDRfreak, but as the various DanceTrax, Dance Praise, Dance Factory, Dance Monkey, etc., throw their respective hats in the ring, this issue is sure to resurface. Anyway I believe some official policy will keep the 'hey this thread belongs in (insert DDR knock-off here) forum' to a minimum.

I retract my request after realizing the difficulty it poses. I guess the mods do a pretty good job with this issues on a case by case basis. Kindly lock this thread and give my a warning point or two for good measure. I apologize.
