Making a new account after you've been banned
If you do end up getting banned, try to remain calm. If you truly think it is unfair and should be contested, please politely email forums@ddrfreak.com and let us know. If you just make another account, you'll just get banned again and again.
Does this mean if you are sharing a computer with your brother and he gets banned, you get banned also?
This could be used to my advantage...

I believe that only user accounts are banned first. If that user continues to evade the bans, then the whole IP address will be banned. One you;'re at that point, there's no coming back. _________________

How could it be used to your advantage? You get yourself banned so your brother gets banned...and then neither of you can come? How is that to your advantage?
Anyways, BL said it correctly. User account is banned first. Then if they come back, we IP ban. So if you and your brother share the same IP, you would be unable to come on using that IP if he got banned, and vice versa. _________________
